designobject strives to provide you with the best service available by offering a limited, 14-day return guarantee on merchandise (21 days for international orders). By limited, we mean that audio/video media [such as music CDs] may only be returned if they contain a manufacturing defect. Additionally, blank CD-R media may not be returned. All other products may be returned in accordance with the following procedures and protocols.

Should you wish to return a purchase for refund or replacement, you must contact designobject for an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) no more than 7 days after receiving your purchase.

To obtain an RMA# you will need to provide the following information to our Customer Support department: order number, object name, the reason for return, daytime phone number, and billing email address. We will send your RMA# to your email address within 2 business days.

After receiving your RMA#, mark it clearly on your return package and ship the merchandise being returned in its original packaging to the address below. If this is not possible, please pack and seal the item securely with all of its original materials. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted.

You will have 14 days to return your merchandise after receiving your RMA# (orders from outside the continental United States will have 21 days). After this return period has passed the manufacturer's warranty prevails. Returns due to a manufacturing defect will either be repaired or replaced, at designobject's discretion. For refunds, we will issue a credit back to your card within 7 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you. Depending on your financial institution, credits may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear.
