I can't get the cart to add the object I want.
If you attempt to shop without first signing in or using "Quick Sign In," you won't be able to add anything to a cart. If you started shopping by using "Quick Sign In" and have already specified your geographical location [and you see the correct country flag displayed in the bottom frame of the site] then the item you wish to purchase is not available to your country or province.

How can I track my order?
Upon finishing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to your "Order Status" page. This page will display the detailed status of your orders including their ship dates and respective tracking numbers. Additionally, each time you log in, the sign-in popup window will display links to your orders. To make international shipping cost-effective, when designobject ships from the US to Europe, we use the US Post Office's international airmail service. The USPS does not provide tracking for its international service. We will always insure your overseas orders.

What do you do with my email address, personal info and credit card info?
designobject is firmly committed to our customers' privacy. We do not sell or distribute email addresses, personal info or credit card info to anyone not directly involved in processing your order. The information we collect from you is utilized only for order fulfillment, internal record keeping and customer support. We encrypt all shopping tractions using SSL. Can I download the articles and images featured on your site for my personal use?
You may download content [including images, text and media] for your personal use, but if you desire to republish any piece of our content [either in print or electronically] you must first obtain written authorization from designobject. If I send you an email from the "Help" link, how soon can I expect a response?
We check our email regularly and will usually respond to you within one hour during our business day. If your query requires research on our part, we'll send you updates on our progress.

I signed up for the designobject newsletter, what will it contain?

How often does designobject add new content to its collection?
We feature new products and content on a weekly basis. Our most recent content is always featured on the home page and through our popup "News" window.

Why can't I send a present to a friend who lives overseas?
To prevent credit card fraud, we require that your billing address match the billing address of your credit card account. We also restrict the shipping of orders to the country within which they are purchased. I am an international customer. Are all of your products sold in US dollars and, if so, when and how do you convert to my currency?
All of our products are sold in US dollars. Your currency is converted by your credit card company at the time of purchase. The conversion rate is dictated by your credit card company.

There is a product I desire that is not available to my location. Can i make special arrangements to have it shipped to me?
We are always happy to try and accommodate special shipping arrangements. Please contact us via the "Help" section [link above in navigation bar].

If i return a product, when will my credit card be credited?
After receiving your return, we promptly credit the card used for the initial purchase within 7 business days; However, depending on your financial institution, your credit may not show up on your credit card company's account statement for 1 or 2 billing cycles.

If I accidentally select "Process Order" twice, do I get charged twice?
Both designobject and Cybercash have safety locks that prevent duplicate charges. You will know if you have only been charged once, because you will receive only one email receipt.
